Refund Policy:
We will refund any registration when the request is made more than 48 hours in advance of the program.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds requested within 48 hours of a web seminar, as we have already incurred the cost of setting up the program, reserving connections with the hosting company, and paying staff to manage registrations and notify attendees.
However, if you miss a scheduled program for any reason, we are pleased to offer you two options:

Refund/Exchange Policy:
We offer a 60 day Money Back Guarantee on the products we offer. Please contact us, as indicated above, within 60 days of purchase date to arrange for a return of products and a refund. Customer assumes all costs of shipping products back to us.
Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order please contact us, as indicated above, as soon as possible after the order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
